This was made in Photoshop CS3, it's not translatable.

1. Duplicate the base, set it to Screen 28%.
2. Make a new layer and fill it with #e0eecb. Set it to Softlight 44%.
3. Go to Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Selective Color. Set your settings to these:
Reds: -100, 0, 100, 100
Yellows: 100, 0, -100, 100
Neutrals: 47, 7, -9, 11
4. Go to Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Brightness / Contrast. Set your settings to these:
Brightness: 30
Contrast: -50
